    These general Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the agreement between Bright Technologies Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Bright Technologies Limited") and the subscriber.

  1. Subscriber Identification:Subscribers must provide accurate and necessary documentation to verify their identification, legal status, and capacity. Bright Technologies Limited reserves the right to verify such information and may temporarily suspend or terminate services if false or misleading information is provided. Any changes to the information provided must be promptly communicated to Bright Technologies Limited.
  2. Confidentiality:Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all marked information exchanged under this agreement. Information already in the public domain, independently available to the receiving party, or legally required to be disclosed will not be considered confidential.
  3. Ownership:Bright Technologies Limited retains full ownership of all connections and equipment provided to the subscriber.
  4. Service Timeline:Services will be activated within the agreed timeline. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be promptly communicated to the subscriber.
  5. Contention Ratio:All internet packages follow a 1:8 contention ratio, ensuring optimal network utilization. For example, a 40 Mbps package with this ratio may provide a download speed of approximately 5 Mbps during peak usage times.
  6. Unauthorized Sharing:Subscribers are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or redistributing their internet connection. Violations will result in immediate service termination and possible legal actions.
  7. Service Interruptions:Bright Technologies Limited is not liable for interruptions, downtimes, or speed reductions caused by external factors such as natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
  8. Payments:Payments must be made by the due date specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in service disconnection or penalties.
  9. Data Privacy and Security:While Bright Technologies Limited employs robust security measures, we cannot guarantee immunity from cyber threats. Subscribers are encouraged to use additional security software and follow safe browsing practices.
  10. Technical Support:Technical support is available for Bright Technologies Limited's services. Support for third-party devices, applications, or software may incur additional charges and is not guaranteed.
  11. Connection Fee:Connection fees depend on the selected package, connection type, and location. These fees may vary, and Bright Technologies Limited will provide detailed information at the time of subscription or upon inquiry.
  12. Modifications:Bright Technologies Limited reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Subscribers will be notified of changes, and continued usage of services will imply acceptance of the updated terms.
  13. Limitation of Liability:Bright Technologies Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
  14. Governing Law:This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

    এই সাধারণ নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড (এরপর থেকে "ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড" হিসাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে) এবং গ্রাহকের মধ্যে চুক্তির একটি অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ।

  1. গ্রাহক শনাক্তকরণ: গ্রাহকদের তাদের সনাক্তকরণ, আইনি অবস্থা এবং ক্ষমতা যাচাই করার জন্য সঠিক এবং প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র সরবরাহ করতে হবে। ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড এই ধরনের তথ্য যাচাই করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে এবং মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে পরিষেবাগুলি অস্থায়ীভাবে স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারে। প্রদত্ত তথ্যে যেকোনো পরিবর্তন অবিলম্বে ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেডকে জানাতে হবে।
  2. গোপনীয়তা: উভয় পক্ষই এই চুক্তির অধীনে বিনিময় করা সমস্ত চিহ্নিত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখতে সম্মত। ইতিমধ্যেই পাবলিক ডোমেইনে থাকা তথ্য, গ্রহণকারী পক্ষের কাছে স্বাধীনভাবে উপলব্ধ, বা আইনত প্রকাশ করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য গোপনীয় বলে বিবেচিত হবে না।
  3. মালিকানা: ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড গ্রাহককে প্রদত্ত সমস্ত সংযোগ এবং সরঞ্জামের সম্পূর্ণ মালিকানা বজায় রাখে।
  4. পরিষেবা সময়সীমা: সম্মত সময়সীমার মধ্যে পরিষেবাগুলি সক্রিয় করা হবে। তবে, অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিলম্ব হলে গ্রাহককে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে জানানো হবে।
  5. কন্টেন্টেন্স অনুপাত: সমস্ত ইন্টারনেট প্যাকেজ 1:8 বিতর্ক অনুপাত অনুসরণ করে, সর্বোত্তম নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, এই অনুপাতের একটি 40 Mbps প্যাকেজ সর্বোচ্চ ব্যবহারের সময় প্রায় 5 Mbps ডাউনলোড গতি প্রদান করতে পারে।
  6. অননুমোদিত শেয়ারিং: গ্রাহকদের তাদের ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ শেয়ার করা, পুনঃবিক্রয় করা বা পুনঃবিতরণ করা থেকে কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। লঙ্ঘনের ফলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে পরিষেবা বন্ধ করা হবে এবং সম্ভাব্য আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
  7. পরিষেবা বাধা: প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের অন্যান্য পরিস্থিতির মতো বাহ্যিক কারণের কারণে বাধা, ডাউনটাইম বা গতি হ্রাসের জন্য ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড দায়ী নয়।
  8. পেমেন্ট: ইনভয়েসে উল্লেখিত নির্ধারিত তারিখের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। বিলম্বে পেমেন্টের ফলে পরিষেবা সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন বা জরিমানা হতে পারে।
  9. ডেটা গোপনীয়তা এবং সুরক্ষা: যদিও ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড শক্তিশালী সুরক্ষা ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহার করে, আমরা সাইবার হুমকি থেকে অনাক্রম্যতার গ্যারান্টি দিতে পারি না। গ্রাহকদের অতিরিক্ত সুরক্ষা সফ্টওয়্যার ব্যবহার করতে এবং নিরাপদ ব্রাউজিং অনুশীলন অনুসরণ করতে উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।
  10. কারিগরি সহায়তা: ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেডের পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য প্রযুক্তিগত সহায়তা পাওয়া যায়। তৃতীয় পক্ষের ডিভাইস, অ্যাপ্লিকেশন বা সফ্টওয়্যারের জন্য সহায়তার জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ লাগতে পারে এবং এর নিশ্চয়তা নেই।
  11. সংযোগ ফি: সংযোগ ফি নির্বাচিত প্যাকেজ, সংযোগের ধরণ এবং অবস্থানের উপর নির্ভর করে। এই ফিগুলি পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে এবং ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড সাবস্ক্রিপশনের সময় বা অনুসন্ধানের সময় বিস্তারিত তথ্য সরবরাহ করবে।
  12. পরিবর্তন: ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড প্রয়োজন অনুসারে এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। গ্রাহকদের পরিবর্তন সম্পর্কে অবহিত করা হবে এবং পরিষেবাগুলির ক্রমাগত ব্যবহার আপডেট করা শর্তাবলীর স্বীকৃতি বোঝাবে।
  13. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা: ব্রাইট টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার বা ব্যবহারে অক্ষমতার ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনও পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
  14. পরিচালন আইন: এই চুক্তিটি বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত, এবং বিরোধগুলি বাংলাদেশী আদালতের এখতিয়ারের অধীন হবে।
