Service Up time:

BTL is ensuring 99.98% uptime for your esteem organization but BTL maintains 99.9% uptime PoP to PoP.

This uptime does not cover any fiber burn/cut by DESCO, DESA, BPDB transmitter, equipment stolen, Natural Disaster (Strom, Rain, tree fallen down through), Govt. road side development works, hartal, strike etc. & whichever are not under the control of BTL.

 

Support Policy (after sales)

BTL guarantees Phone support to all over the Bangladesh [ 24 / 7 in 365 days],
If it is not possible to solve the problem from remote end, then our support engineer will start within 2 (Two) hour to facilitate our service at customer premises.

In case of need of changing any hardware to facilitate the service, within Dhaka city it will take 4 hours and for nationwide 24 hours. This response time does not cover force mejeure aspects and city corporation rules and regulations.
